Our style of Beer is best defined by our mission to truly be the best; true to style, bold, adventurous, and assertive. We typically have two to three IPA’s on tap with many other styles available as well.

We offer over a full line up of over a dozen of our handcrafted ales from IPAs, Pales, Golden, Red, Stouts, and Porters. We often brew with local ingredients such as Taro (Kalo), Blood Orange, and Passion Fruit. If you can’t stay for a pint and wish to take one home for later, that’s okay! We sell 24oz, 40oz, and 64oz growlers as well as 32 oz Crowlers (cans) you can take home with you. We also offer kegs for special parties or functions.

NaPali Pale Ale
 A generously dry hopped American-style pale ale with more body, color, and hop character than our Wai‘ale‘ale Ale. 5.4 48
Captain Cook’s IPA
 Created as a tribute to the hoppy ales brewed in the 1700s for the long journey from England to Hawai‘i, this ale boasts 30 pounds of hops for 310 gallons of beers and boasts a great fresh hop aroma. 6.5 84
The Fonz IPAaaaaa
 IPAs are our favorite beer style, so this recipe may change depending on how the brewer feels on the brew day. All we can say is “Aaaaaaaaaaa.” 6.2 65
Pillow Talk Hazy IPA
 A hazy IPA brewed with London Fog yeast that smacks of tropical and stone fruit on the front end and rounds out with a balanced malty mouthfeel for a juicy and pleasing experience that has the look of orange juice and taste of pineapple thanks to the EL Dorado, Sabro, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops.. 8.0 35
Helles Hath No Fury
 German helles lager brewed with tettnanger and hallertau mitterfruh. This is a triple decoction brew which is our lightest on tap. It is a smooth drinking malt forward Hawaii style helles 4.4 12
Polihale Pilsner
 Light, Crisp and Refreshing and lightly hopped. Made with Pilsen and Wheat malted barley. Traditional Pilsner hopped with Tettnanger and Hersbruker hops

Kauai Coffee Oatmeal Stout
 Collaboration Beer with Kauai Coffee. It has a unique character, medium bodied, bold flavor and nutty overtones. We didn’t want such a strong coffee flavor that would overtake the subtleness of the Munich malt character profile which has a rich malty aroma and notes of light caramel, honey, and bread 7.2 42
KIBC Seltzer
 Brewed in house, gluten free and flavored with a variety of tantalizing fruity options make this seltzer a delicious choice. 5.0 N/A

Craft brewing has become a global phenomenon that includes a rich culture of community. Breweries share a mutual respect for each other while engaging in the pursuit to create unique, memorable flavors and aromas. Statewide and national competitions serve as a way for microbreweries to showcase their creations and sample the work of others. We are proud to represent the World’s Westernmost branch of the microbrewing culture.
