An amalgamation of malty smoothness in liquid form. This triple decoction Helles German Lager, which takes the brew team 20 hours to make on brew day, is a liquid clear reflection of quality ingredients and dedication to craft. The beer uses Hallertau Mitterfruh and Tettnanger hops. ABV 4.4% IBU 12
German Pilsner Light Crisp and Refreshing and lightly hopped. Made with Pilsen and Wheat malted barley. Traditional Pilsner hopped with Tettnanger and Hersbruker for a strong, spicy flavor. ABV 4.5% IBU 30
Hazy American Wheat. We used unique brewing techniques to create a beer bursting with tropical fruit flavors yet still tastes like beer. ABV 5.5% IBU 20
A hint of the tropics and a local favorite; Lilikoi Light is a light golden ale with a Passion flavor sure to tantalize your taste buds. ABV 5% IBU 20
A light-bodied and moderately hopped golden ale finished with aromatic hops, giving it a floral aroma and crisp, refreshing finish. ABV 5.1% IBU 26
A malt forward American pale ale that smacks with crisp NZ and US hops. ABV 5.4% IBU 48

Created as a tribute to the hoppy ales brewed in the 1700s for the long journey from England to Hawai‘i, this ale boasts 30 pounds of hops for 310 gallons of beer and boasts a great fresh hop aroma. ABV 6.3% IBU 84

IPAs are our favorite beer style, so this recipe may change depending on how the brewer feels on the brew day. All we can say is “Aaaaaaaaaaa.” ABV 6.2% IBU 65

A hazy IPA brewed with London Fog yeast that smacks of tropical and stone fruit on the front end and rounds out with a balanced malty mouthfeel for a juicy and pleasing experience that has the look of orange juice and taste of pineapple thanks to the EL Dorado, Sabro, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. AVB 8.5% IBU 35
Collaboration Beer with Kauai Coffee. It has a unique character, medium bodied, bold flavor and nutty overtones. We didn’t want such a strong coffee flavor that would overtake the subtleness of the Munich malt character profile which has a rich malty aroma and notes of light caramel, honey, and bread. ABV 7.2% IBU 42

Koloa White Rum, Pineapple, Orange, Lilikoi and
fresh Lime Juice with a Koloa Dark Rum float.
Emphasizing Local with this concoction of a locally produced Koloa
Dark Rum, local honey, fresh lime, and locally made guava juice.
Koloa Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, coconut water,
and fresh lime are a great combination for this light and refreshing
Kauai twist on the Pina Colada.
Four Roses Bourbon, Giffard Mure Blackberry Liqueur combined
with Waialeale Golden Ale to create a smooth, unique beer cocktail.
Lilikoi Ale adds bright and crisp flavors to this “Classic Bees Knees”
inspired cocktail using Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin, local honey and
fresh squeezed citrus.
